  I am deeply disappointed to see that your cashiers have to stand and serve. Having spoken to a very friendly lady helping us, she informed me that management had taken their chairs away and that they have to stand and force a smile. Thanks, won't support you again.

  FLM Silverlakes Pretoria has a versatile section of goodies. Really enjoy shopping there. Their bakery is outstanding.

  I really love shopping here, the fruits and vegetables are fresh always. Visiting the bakery is the just perfect with delicious scones, mouth watering muffins

  Despite the big choice they have on fruit and veggies, I have a complain about the service on the kassa. The employee was very busy to talk to one of her colleagues and she didn't make notice she made a mistake about the specials of the week, she count the wrong amount on my bill. I told her, that the bill was not correct, she looked at me very arrogant and called her supervisor but didn't say anything, not even apologize about it. I can't agree with this attitude when you work with clients :(
