No towels and soaps in the bathroom, one has to pay a cash deposit for a twin plug, since I didn't have cash but a card l couldn't be helped. The wifi is only available in the restaurant and not in the rooms, the health spa charges R100 pp for a Jacuzzi for 30 minutes that's a rip off; that should be free for people using their services and also to pay to use the pool table is unnecessary. The only thing l enjoyed was the breakfast although the service was poor; we had to queue for 30 minutes to order eggs, and wait another 30 minutes to be delivered to our table.

If I read the reviews I would never have booked. Self catering unit.no cloth, no broom, bedding not clean, towels clean but not fresh. Shower curtain discusting!

Small changes will make this an awesome place.

Needs a serious interior decor review, rug in sitting area, couch and chairs. New sheet and rugs in bedroom. I loved the design of room and a lot can be done.

Rooms were clean, but tv remote was broken. Breakfast was disappointing, sausages were off, bacon tasted like it was cooked 2 days before and eggs taste like old fish oil. Power switches off for 6 hours per day

Friendly and lovely staff,central to the iconic panorama route and the celebrity Kruger National park situated in the small town of Sabie near the Lone creek fallshere you are spoiled with choices weather you are on Holliday alone or with the family this is the place to be there's a lady and pool bar a playground for kids a swimming pool the property serves dinner lunch and breakfastwe really enjoyed our stay here and we like to come again.

My mom, sister and I went for a full body massage at Floreat and were pleasantly surprised by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff members. The massages were the best we have ever had! Thank you Conny!
