Aircon on the online ad is misleading as it's an extra paid for service that is only available in the main bedroom. Also, communal pool was dirty and stained the entire week we visited.

Stay here at your own risk!! This place can be terrible! 0 out of 5!
We were looking forward to our holiday for many months, but sadly we ended up at this venue. Not only did we have to leave after 2 days because we couldn't endure staying longer, the staff refused to refund our payment for the duration we were not going to be staying there. The owners also refused to even speak to us about our problem.
The main problem is that you're unlikely to get any sleep, since loud noise and music is allowed. They'll say it isn't, but just try to get them to enforce itthey don't! Even when the music is off, the people talk and shout at each other right next to your bedroom! We couldn't sleep either of the nights we spent there. We phoned the after hours number, the security number (who didn't know where the venue was), and the police. All multiple times. After the first night we spoke to the staff, but the second night was just as bad, and it was a different set of guests.
What makes it worse is that the staff told us it's a typical problem with their guests of a certain skin colorI felt that comment unnecessary, and our problem was not initially even caused by their favorite accused anyway!
Additionally the TV signal is terrible, the curtains are damaged, the BBQ is dilapidated and if you want air conditioning be prepared to pay R 50 extra per day (and hope the aircon actually works, cause you won't get your money back.)response / report this review -

Zero rating. Patehtic and very very poor services. No keys in the washroom. soaps and other facilities in washroom are not provided. Its no were mentioned that after 8/9 pm you cant play music, you cant talk on the website. Worst place to stat in st Lucia.

It is cheap, it has a swimmingpool, has secure parking, good service, old but nice flats, but no aircondition.
