Fortify, is a fitness club for family & friends which host weekly training sessions at Plumstead High School every Tuesday and Thursday at 17h30 and 18h30.

With a combination of indoor & outdoor fitness activities. Fortify has developed a programme that meets the needsof the entire family. A professional & HFPA accredited Fortify Personal Trainer will consider each participants age weight & medical conditions as they are put through their paces with a functional & of course family friendly training session.

Each session will incorporate elements of boxing, body weight, speed, agility & a heap full of fun.
