Had to leave the train here to continue with minibus to Simonstown. Easy to miss the announcement, the train will go back to Cape Town from here. Gotta wait 1 hour until the minibus fills up, pay another 8 Rand, despite having train ticket all the way to Simonstown.

It's okay to use the train, if you are not in a hurry. Trains are also always too full. Metrorail is really offering a very disappointing service all around. No security on the train. Security at stations do not address offenders, they just stand there and do nothing. Metrorail should actually lower their ticket prices as their service has not improved the past 5 years, it has worsened for the worst.
