  Aircon not working, plug cut off. Shower falling apart and TV so badly installed that picture is too snowy to watch. Will not recommend to anyone.

  We were upgraded to a better room without any additional cost to us when our initial room did not have hot water. Friendly atmosphere; in-house restaurant; good for business travel.
