Had the most amazing experience at Expressions. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The coffee was to die for and what an amazing atmosphere. I almost fell asleep with my head massage.
The best haircut I've ever had from Bernice. So so much experience

What a disastrous experience I had at this so-called salon! Booked myself and two others as part of a wedding retinue to get our hair done and upon booking was given a quote. By the time we left we looked like something out of a 70's movie even though I had shown the lady what I wanted my hair to look like. Leaving to another salon was our only option despite the fact that this salon made us terribly late. Upon paying (which was not done by me) they charged us three times the initial quote given. Extremely annoyed and frustrated I called the salon only to have the owner put the phone down on me numerous times and insist that there was nothing wrong with our hair. she was rude, nasty and that was not a way to handle a client. Needless to say I will never go back there again but mostly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS SALON (especially if you are any other race beside white, they are openly racist)!!!!!
