I have purchased RO Water @ R1 per litre for over 11 Months from the store .I only have 20l and not 25l Containers.

Today I get told "They cant help it if I have a 20l container and will do me a favour only this time by charging me for 20l.The cash register is programmed for 25L which is R25 and that is what I will pay for 20l"

Fortunately there is an alternative supplier in Rinaldo Road and I will NEVER shop at EURO Spirit again.

I must add that the Staff of the store are an absolute pleasure to deal with its the owner with that sort of attitude.

The folk here are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They wont try to sell you something you dont need. They have a big selection of marine and freshwater fish as well as snakes/reptiles and all the things needed to keep them happy. This is more of a personal passion driven place rather than a chainstore. Probably more suited to those folk who are serious about specialist pets than for kids who want to pet the animals.

Bought marine tank from these guys for 40k.
Two weeks later light fitting fell out of canopy onto tank bracing due to short screws being used.
Had to replace this myself after waiting ages for them to fix it.
Return pump extremely noisy as they did not install two suction feet.
Waited 3 months to get the feet after numerous emails.
After 2 months wood on canopy started splitting.
Owner reviewed it and blamed it on neglect on my part due to water topups, and refused to replace it.
This is NOT POSSIBLE as all my water changes are done in the sump via the return pump
I have been keeping tanks for 25 years and never come across such arrogant petstore owners.
