Very poor service. Fuel attendants show no urgency to help customers. Waited 10min before being attended to and garage was not busy.

This is the most disgusting services station I've been to. Toilets are a mess unflushed and not working. Says they revamping but hygene has left. The shop smells of urine. The coffee machine isn't work. Kfc has a lazy rude manageress named Cindy that sit sleeping in the back and can't help you when there is problem. Kfc is not stocked correctly and lack of stock you still get charged for items you don't receive. Filled up and the staff member could rush off quicker. Didn't offer to wash windscreen. And I pumped my own tyres. This is a service station to drive past.

Rather mediocre. I expected more from this petrol station, as it has just been renovated. The ladies toilets were not in proper working order, the handles to flush were not yet functional, so I had to find a way to make the contraption in the wall work. We had lunch at the Wimpy, which was fairly okay. The waitress took forever to bring Us our drinks and when the food arrived, she had still forgotten to bring the butter and cutlery,and we could not find her. My baked beans in my breakfast was cold and really didn't match up to the Wimpy meals I have had before. I hope that the place improves as a whole. This is a main route for people traveling, and really should be so much better.

help wondering if it is a health concern. However, service was impressive at Wimpy with no tables to spare.

An okayish petrol station but the facilities are not up to Engen standards — it seems this Engen was opened/reopened prematurely. There was no shaded parking, the Wimpy was short stocked and the women's bathrooms were in an appalling condition (although they were reasonably clean): No water (and the smell of their toilet detergents wafted through to the eating area), and a long queue to enter There was even the sound of a dog barking from within the bathroom. The person I was with turned around and decided to hold out for a later stop for hiegenic reasons. There water was also very overpriced with their 1.5L (R22) more expensive than a 2L coke

Fix your flippen roads the tar surface around this Engen is f****ed. This has looked like this for years and nothing get's fixed. Old rundown looking garage. If we didn't need to stop here again we won't. Won't recommend this place to anyone.

I stopped to use the restroom and dropped my cellphone and only realised this after i had already driven 20 kilometres. I used my granddaughters cell phone to phone mine and a Mr Sithole one of the petrol attendants answered my phone. He was very decent and said he would hand it in at the office. I really appreciated his honesty and decent manner in which he handled the situation.

They can really upgrade the bathrooms. Almost all the toilets, baisins ansd door latches are broken and out of order. Bathrooms are filthy, disgusting!!!!!!
