Pathetic service waited 5 min and we were 2 cars. The attendant came out did not even apologize it was at 6:30 and he said he had just arrived the manager was just standing at the door, seeing what was going on really doing nothing about it really pathetic service and poor from engen I think you guys really need to check your service. I mean at peak time 2 attendance. Then staff arrive only at 6.h30.

So I come back in the afternoon guess what 3 guys sitting inside only 2 guys on the forecourt. Check photo I posted. Again waited . The other guys were trying to call then

I was at the quick shop this evening and witnessed the Cashier Emily handling money with her hands from the petrol attendant. I noticed that she did sanitise her hands afterwards and asked her to. She refused even though I insisted. I then proceeded to let her know that it wasn't safe. She ignored me and said "oh thank you". Emily's behavious was unacceptable.

Let me start this of with well done, I'm not sure if you heard clearly enough, WELL DONE!!!

I felt so safe, being in a lock down at the moment as everyone is aware, at Engen Sunningdale Convenience Center moments ago, as if I was in the shelter of my own residence in Sunningdale.

Firstly I was stopped in my tracks, because one of the employees, with a proper face mask on I might add, wanted to sanitize my hands. It was done, thank you for this.

Then I continued to walk into a well stocked, super clean, well organized shop with almost all the products labels facing forward!! What!!! Looked like a picture out of a magazine!!

Then I was greeted with a extremely friendly lady at the counter. The counters have this protective perspex barrier to keep the employees and customers safe.

Wait, it gets better, even one of the personal helped me, keeping a safe social distance of 2 m, after I have paid, took my heavy items bought to my vehicle. I got into my vehicle and he put it into my car's boot and closed it again, and off I went.

This is outstanding service!!!

Always gives excellent service! The petrol attendants are so friendly, quick and efficient! Definitely my favorite Engen to full up.

Seen so many good reviews but iv never sat in a carwash for this long. Took an hour from paying until the wash was finished. I didn't even bother having my car dry off as that would probably have taken another 30mins. The attendants constantly had distractions for reasons I don't know what. They wash and then go and then return and wash some more and then go. Such terrible service and extremely unprofessional.

2 Weeks ago I stopped at a garage feeling sick. I run to back needing the bathroom. I was not even in there for 20 seconds when an employee banged on the door asking why I am in there and that I should get out. I told her I am not well and need a minute.
She banged on the door a few seconds later, skelling me for not getting out and that I am wasting water. At this point, I had not even used water in there. When I got out of the bathroom, she had locked me in the backend of the shop and would not open, when I knocked and later banged on the door. Only when I screamed at the top of my lungs did she come and open the door and then still had the cheek to try and tell me off. I was so upset and turned to her and loudly said to her in front of the rest of the shop " You are bloody spiteful." I would like to add that while I was in the bathroom I heard water running outside for the carwash and when I got out of the shop there was a massive line of cars queuing to be washed.

The corner bakery has such wonderful food at affordable prices. I'll have my lunch here any day compared to any other fast food restuarants in the area.

Very friendly convenience store and all round good service at the petrol station.
The One Stop packs a lot of surprises so you can grab a good coffee, fresh bake, flowers and a plenty more.
In store ATM and a carwash is on site
