A must see. A magical place for elephant viewing. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Interact with elephants up close.
What an amazing experience! The passion the staff has for these amazing gentle giants just makes it so much more amazing! Thank you so much!
Please note that the last group for the day goes in at 3:00pm and that group ends at about 5:00pm so basically if you get there later than 3:00pm you wont be allowed to join the last group. You have to be there before 3:00pm and not 5:00pm (as Google states)
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Thank you very much for assisting me and my family.
Wonderful experience for family! Parents rode the elephants (which was a real pain in the butt) and kids got to get a kids from elephants. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that tough us new things about elephants. Wish their video was just us and not the whole group otherwise I would have purchased.
They treat their animals with respect. Guides are very knowledgeable. Amazing experience being so close to gentle giants.
We had a beautiful experience today. The staff is very nice and they are very good to the animals.
The scenery is very beautiful and the guides are very professional and knowledgeable.
Absolutely fantastic!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Elephants are very well cared for! Informative and friendly staff! Great experience for young and old!
This place and what they do for elephants in need is simply beautiful and magnificent.
upon arrival, we were whisked off to a class on the anatomy of elephants. The necessity of this lesson comes into play a few minutes later, as you're taken to another location, where you sit down and the elephants are led by the knowledgeable and friendly caretakers to our spot and we are introduced to the elephants.
The elephants are beautiful, magnificent and majestic beasts!!!
We were allowed to stand next to the elephants and touch and feel their skin, powerful legs and trunks. We also fed the elephants to reward and thank them for their kindness in allowing us into their space. This is where I learnt that elephants LOVE oranges(who knew???).
After this, we were allowed to ride on the elephants, which my family and I declined, but the German tour group who were with us, were quite eager for this experience and did not hesitate. I do not like this "circus" aspect of the sanctuary, but I do understand that this is what pays to keep the lights on, as these sanctuaries have enormous running costs, with the average elephant eating up to 300kgs per day!
But this place is definitely a must see. The monkeys are also quite a treat, especially when they steal the oranges meant for the elephants.
Very pleasant experience. Will never be forgotten. Amazing animals.
Fun and they make everybody feel welcome.
Nice experience, very nice staff just could be bit cheaper.
Highly recommended. Awesome experience with elephants.
Love love loved this! The prices weren't bad.
A wonderful day spent with these incredible animals. A must do!
