Most decks that is higher than 1 metre off the ground is usually enclosed with wooden balustrades for safety. A deck is the perfect eye catching value creator and entertainment beauty for all homes.

While working in the landscaping industry for many years we saw the need for quality cost effective decking and decking maintenance in the gauteng region. Many of our clients complained of poorly constructed decks in their gardens and poor service delivery and guaranties. Elegant Decking has been constructing solid hard wood decks according to strict building regulations since; and our first quality deck was erected in 2006. We also specilase in quality pergolas and balustrades.

Since 2008 our quality decks has caught the attention of landscape designer and KYKNET TV presenter David Viljoen from Mercury Designs. We have since built decks exclusively for them and ventured into constructing their landscape designs as well.
