Action Bowling is really nice, I like the fact that they have comfortable couches to sit on, as well as small tables. I had lots of fun bowling, good place to enjoy yourself. The price IS a bit expensive though. They also serve you drinks while you play. My one problem with this bowling, is their actual bowling system, there was a fault in the machine that sets up the pins often we'd start off with 9 out of 10 pins standing, which obviously messed up the results and resulted in an unfair score.

Awesome place to have fun for adults and kids, very busy; so it would be advisable to keep your kids close. Tons of games and situated near the cinema and food court in Gateway. They have a new cards system now, where you can buy a card for R10 and load it with credits for games and you swipe it on whichever game you like.
