Lovely experience for any guest. Calm surrounding, very beautiful kept gardens and lawns, but best of all, the entertainment for the kids whilst parents can enjoy any meal. Worth it to come and visit!

It is beautiful. The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is so much to do, you don't want to leave the place for a minute. I will go back there as often as I can

Definitely no 4 star hotel. We had two room (standard rooms) with no shower, only a bathtub. Water is dropping, not flowing. Bathroom unrefurbished but clean. Room unrefurbished but clean. The hotel is directly located at the main street, so in our rooms it felt like sleeping in a tent at the autobahn.
If you consider how hot water is produced (see photos), you understand why only cold water is considered as drinkable.
Ways to the huts are outdated and require renewal.
Food (Breakfast and dinner are very good. The outer location is nice.
Unfortunately we had to stay two nights.
Never again. Reception apologized for the rooms and explained they are in a process of renewing rooms

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely! Very tranquil, staff is very kind and strives to make your stay a wonderful experience. 5 stars at 4 star rates. Gardens are beautiful and you can enjoy walks on the trails in the valley. The restaurant serves excellent dishes and breakfast had something for every taste. Loved it, will return the next time I'm in the area.

Almost left to go to another restaurant after waiting 30 min for drinks to arrive. Venue is lovely, but the service is atrocious.

We visited for breakfast and was impressed with the food, service and cleanliness of the hotel. Picturesque grounds are well kept with lots of activities for guests. Has an old-fashioned stately but comfortable atmosphere. Will visit again.
