This is were you can find good and reliable bus services from Pretoria South Africa to Zimbabwe and other countries. Each bus have two drivers where by when One is driving, the other is sleeping and the bags and other luggage are safe because of the way they park them.

The buses aren't serviced, nor do they have have air-conditioning or climate control as they claim on the ticket, so you will slowly steam during your trip, also there are no windows so you will suffocate. There are cockroaches on the bus. The toilet inside the bus is not cleaned and does not flush, combine that with the heat and humidity due to the lack of aircon and the smell of human excrement from the toilets wafts through the entire bus. They do not switch the bus driver, so one driver drives for over 10 hours, that is unsafe. I definitely do not recommend. I would rather walk from Durban to Joburg than take this bus. The customer service was OK though, I'll admit.

Thank you Intercity for the best service during this festive season. I once again used your luxury bus to South Africa from Bulawayo on Saturday and as always the service was amazing.

Driver's where communicating with us they ensured the safety nd safe travel of everyone. Your buses are luxurious, you feel comfortable knowing you can easily access the clean rest rooms in the bus and also be able to charge your device from the comfort of your seat.

Thank you Intercity keep up the good service we will keep supporting you.

    30 March 2018

On the 30 March 2018 Intercity Xpress carrier travelling from Pretoria to Kimberley, 3 passengers were drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana and cigarettes on the bus and when an elderly lady passenger complained that it was affecting her asthma, they started a fight with her. The driver and other crew DID NOTHING about it, didn't even kick them off whilst they continued making a ruckus. At the stop in Wolmaransstad, they carried on smoking and shouting obscenities: "They should have used a private jet if they're going to complain so much" - one of the female perpetrators said. This is such disgusting behaviour as the other passengers and children on board were uncomfortable and upset all because of those three people. Something should be done to create better customer service and deal with valid complaints effectively.

I booked the 7pm bus from park station to Harare for my niece and young sister on 6 January 2016. The bus only left park station at 11pm, 4 hours later and it ended up being the last bus to depart from Park Station.

I do understand that there can be delays in departure, but Eagle Liner has proved to excel in delays, rude staff and managers who are not on call to deal with such issues and to make matters worse there was no communication as to why the bus delayed for 4 hours until it came, the staff at Park Station treated us with utter contempt.

I called the customer care and asked to cancel the ticket because I could not leave my niece( a minor) and my sister at the mercies of the rude staff, and I also had to take public transport back home so I wanted to cancel the ticket and book a different bus, but I was told that the Manager was only worked from 9 to 5, which does not make sense if the company works 24/7, their buses are always on the road.

Eagle liner has proved that it is a money grabbing company that does not care at all about it's passengers. It mission is to sale tickets for buses it does not have and hold a passenger to ransom because they have bouught a ticket. I WILL NEVER USE EAGLE LINER AGAIN, I WOULD RATHER WALK TO HARARE.

I'm so disappointed with the service of this bus company. There is never a moment when nothing happens when travelling with an eagle liner bus.

The bus is always late on departure and breaks on the way. Reason given this time "fuel shortages"!!! Really???

Third time travelling with bus and something had to happen again! I'm going to write to Hello Peter and complain about the services of your bus company. I think you should stop operating especially the Johannesburg to Bulawayo route!

The inconvinience caused is unexplainable! And the bus is boarded at park station! One would think tg at its a good bus!

Please take your busses off the roads of you can't maintain simple maintenance of the busses! I've had enough of this bus company and will never waste my money boarding it again. I will also make sure that a whole lot of people know if the bus's incompetence to deliver good service.

I want a refund this time around because of the inconvinience caused!
