What ever you do DO NOT use this PANEL beater. They are useless. My car has been there since mid Jan. I asked for courtesy car which they delivered 4 days late after i had to return my hire car after a month. Had to replace the car as the wipers stopped working. The replacement car i got had no petrol in it, it was on reserve. The drivers side door doesn't lock or unlock properly. Tje aircon doesnt work. My car has been in the paint booth for 2 weeks. I have to call them for feedback on my car. However they were quick to send me a sms 3 weeks ago telling me i had to pay the excess

Best service and quality of workmanship. I will recommend you to all my colleges. Friends and family. By far the most professional Pannel beaters in K.Z.N. friendly staff who really put you at ease with their professional approach they make you feel like family . A big thank you to Durban South Panel beaters for their excellent workmanship and professionalism. . I would highly recommend them after bringing my 25 yr old classic Rsi twincam conquest back to showroom condition. . Thanks again to Colin, Sherwin,Byron and the rest of the team👍

Their customer service is appalling. It took 3 days for me to get hold of customer care to ask for a quote. Each day they took my details and promised to phone back and never did. To then get hold of the quote was another mission. Every time I tried to get hold of them, it was another case of "we'll phone you back" which never happened. Absolutely horrible experience.
