I never used such a disappointing courier like DSV polokwane, it's been 2 weeks now sitting with my stock..I tried to call phone rings but no answer😩😩😩😩😩😩

Delivery company does not really care for much I tried calling in to track my delivery all they do is say their transferring me through to the correct department but still nothing. I spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to at least get the delivery guy's contact details so I can do other things while waiting for my delivery but that simple request seems too complex for your agents. DSV polokwane is such a disappointment 🙄.
