Lovely company that take you out to sea, in order to see seal island. Only down side is you can't hear the information broadcasted over the speakers about Seal Island.

Takes you on a good cruise to see the seals, but it depends on the weather, it was too windy on the day we went so we just took a cruise to sea the seals near the docks and back.

The tour is nice! But it is too short and overpriced, in my opinion. The staff wasn't really cheerful.

Drumbeat operates short cruises around Hout Bay every hour, from Hout Bay harbour. My son and I did a 45 minute cruise to visit the seal colony, it was enjoyable. We got very close to the seals and the rocks, but felt very safe.

Drumbeat Charters offer a wonderful experience to the Seal Island. It's my third time for seal sighting and Drumbeat Charters seems the best for me. They are just missing a glass-bottomed amenity. They provide introduction brief and cash bar.

The trip to seal island was great. On a calm, blue sky day - the ride out was not bumpy at all (which worried me a bit). The seals were great to see. The island is quite close by, takes maybe 10-15 minutes to get to, and you stay there for about 20 minutes. So it doesn't take too long. I'd recommend this trip.
