  Changing Dr's, me and my fiance has been patients off this practice for years, my fiance had a massive heart attack on Sunday after seeing our GP, my fiance went there because of his chest pains, no test is been done , gave my fiance a packet of pain tablets and told him if the pain continues to come back, you do not come back from a heart attack, thanks to GB Ambulans services who assist us he is alive after a stent procedure, this practice will not see us again period.

  Dismal service from the receptionist right through. Very dismissive attitude towards patients overall.
  Lost all my faith and respect and need to find another dr now. Would much rather do that than being treated like I was here.

  I phoned 3 times and was really in need and all i get was the receptionist that was so cruel. I am not perfect but i do know how to talk to people especially if it's my job. I feel offended but this is my opinion. The doctor's is great though.

  I went from being totally impressed by a certain male dr who i beleived had the true old school way about him and even promoted him far and beyond to being shocked by an unprofessional and uncalled for rude experience with the same dr. I need to feel comfortable and trusting of my dr and im afraid i have lost that. Truly sorry we bothered you that Sunday evening when you WERE open.

  Poor service. They are always behind schedule make sure to wait 30-40 minutes for a scheduled appointment.

  Vacationed Cape Town from Pretoria. Dr Venter helped our 5 year old at short notice. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Dr Venter was extremely caring and professional. Exceptional service allround.
