Expensive for blood tests

Front desk staff are not even a little courteous, have poor communication skills. They do not value their clients, nor their clients' time. When they make mistakes they will make their mistakes the clients' problem - with no effort to own their own mistakes. Aftering contacting management I now understand that this apathy stems from the top down. I will not use them again.

The reception staff are rude. I will never use them again. Simple manners are part of reception staffs basic training..pleasethankyou nd how are you..
