  My experience with the surgery was atrocious. The receptionist has no way of speaking to clients and is full pf attitude. I called in early this morning to find out rates and to confirm their operating hours. She told me they close at 1pm and that they would accept my medical aid.
  
  My father and I travelled a good 15km to get there and as we entered she then decided to change her story and told us they would be closing at 12 instead of 1 and basically told us to disappear. She is unprofessional and has no way of dealing with clients.
  
  I give the surgery a rating of 0/5 because we were misinformed and grossly inconvenienced. I will be taking my complaint through to HelloPeter as well.
