Phoned in to get some help as my pivot door was broken. Could offer absolutely NO advice despite the fact that I have the exact door which is advertised on the site. "More trouble than it is worth" to get involved in anything of this nature, says the man on the phone. Cannot refer me to anyone! Has NO idea on where to go for help. ONLY interested in quoting on a new door. CANNOT recommend anyone who can fit it. Really? Unhelpful attitude.
