Dischem at Pavilion is airy and large. It keeps the same (mainly pharmaceutical) products that any other branch would have.

However, stocks here seem to run out quickly as more people shop at this store as opposed to distant ones. They have a "rain check" system where you can reserve an item for its current price and pay for it once it's in stock again.

I invite Dis-Chem Pavilion to please have a look into their staffing and making sure that each of their staff members represent their prestigious organization to the extent that it rightfully deserves.

I do enjoy the shopping experience with you, but was shocked today as "Sisi" (Might be a false name as I had asked a colleague of hers for her name) as she refused to assist me by blatantly ignoring me at first after I had refered to her twice already (yes, she was aware of me trying to get her attention) and then when I had asked if she was deaf, told that she would not help me with my basic enquiry at all. This particular staff member has a very unapologetic, rude attitude, clearly no people skills, no pride in her work or concern for the consumers / customers impression. She should be reminded that many people in South Africa would be most greatful to be her substitute. I am not unreasonable, but I am entitled to a basic level of service when shopping with you and expect nothing less.

Please look into this, feel free to contact me if there is anything you should require or need my assistance in this matter. I have reviewed this section with 1 star, (Hated It) purely because of her work ethic and now Dis-Chem as a whole. Any other day, I would happily revert to a 5 star.
