  Can someone PLEASE answer the main phone at Paarl Mall --- and then get someone to answer the Pharmacy phone. I've been a client for 6 years and have spent a small fortune at the store as well as collecting chronic medication every month. Dischem advertises that you can call (which I always do the day before so as not to put pressure on the Pharmacy), but to get anyone to even answer the main switchboard number is a miracle, yet alone the Pharmacy number. And beware your soul if you order later the previous day (as a result of not getting through on the phone!!), then the issuing of the medication can be delayed. Really Dischem, this is not good business practice!
