Literally no service at all! They wouldn't help me for a wash-and-go at 4:15pm on a Friday afternoon, because they want to close down early. I was told "we are tired sir, we have already washed 42 cars today!" Glad to see there are business that are still doing that well!

I always go to dirt busters across town. The personal attention and good value for money service is what is taking me back every time. Need to eat or drink something spar around the corner is the stop for you.

Pay R100 for a wash and clean on the inside expecting a job well done. NOT AT ALL Interior SO dirty, dust all over not even attempted to wipe off. Carpets dirty, dash dirty!! HORRIBLE!!!

Sadly my experience was terrible. On Saturday 16 April 13:50 I arrived at Dirt Busters Car Wash, Heuwelsig Spar Centre. All started well with a coupon to have a beer at the local pub. I paid R100 for a wash trim and interior vacuum and clean. The price was R110 but due to the back of the bakkie being full of luggage and could not be cleaned and I got a R10 discount. I had the beer and returned to my car about one hour later.

I was assured all was done well. As I drove off I noticed that the dashboard was not wiped at all and still full of dust. I also noticed the carpets were still full of grass and dirt. The roof was not washed with dirt marks down the middle as the staff was just not willing to get up higher to clean it. I turned back and pointed out that the job was badly done. Annoyed, the office person sated they close at 15:00 and the staff will have to work over time to fix the problem. I was told to bring the car forward. The person in charge was talking to the staff. As I approached I saw one of the staff show a hand sign to F.-off. I just drove on and left.

In Gauteng I get an excellent job done for R90. High standard with professional staff. Bloemfontein is just not up to standard. This was by far the worse car wash I have ever had for the most I had to pay. Really bad job. The entire problem can be put to bad supervision with lazy staff cutting corners because they are not reprimanded for bad service delivery. Stay clear of this car wash, it is just not worth the frustration and annoyance.
