This is an amazing company. Willem was prompt, professional and on the ball. They respond to all queries, questions and concerns. Juandre works on site and does the technical detail. He is also very professional and responsive to any and all queries. I have to.say that I contacted many companies for the pool safety cover and only Designer Pool Covers offered a solution for my difficult design.

Amazing service. Willem the owner personally came out a few times and took me through the process. We were building our home at the time. Stress levels were high but he hand held my through this process and completed his work ahead of time. Pool designs also worked around my crazy building site and worked closely with the pool building team to ensure all was built to spec. Amazing work!!!

The Designer Pools Covers team is extremely professional, from the brief stage to recommendations, installation and after-sales advice.
Child safety was our biggest concern and this was addressed exceptionally well (both service and product wise).
