Good pizza just watch out for the constant upsell

We ordered online and they phoned us to confirm our order, but we were busy on the phone. 1 minute later, we called back to change 1 thing on the order and the lady told us it isn't possible as our order already left the store (5 minutes after ordering online, so we knew it wasn't possible), but still she repeatedly told us it already left. And after 50 minutes our order arrived!! We refused to take the food, because this is pathetic service and the people dealing with orders don't know what they are doing. Bitterly upset!!
