We had a burst geyser at our townhouse on sunday. We phoned the offices on sunday and the call was diverted to their after hour call centre who assisted us immediately. They came out the same day and installed a new geyser. All was back to normal in 3 hours from our call. Wow great service De Lucia

De Lucia's Rental deposit structure is absolutely absurd! We wanted to rent a unit that was R7100.00.
No doubt we can afford it, but when we received the rental deposit form we were required to pay R19 030.00 before occupation. Also - they require bank statements to see "if" we qualify??? If I have the money to pay the rent why do I need to be qualified first?
Not sure where there fees are going to or coming from but the structure of the fees was as per below:
ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT 2 500,00 ????
RENTAL DEPOSIT 7 100,00
KEY DEPOSIT 350,00 ????
LEGAL FEE DEPOSIT 1 000,00 ????
ADMIN FEE (VAT INCL.) 650,00
RENTAL (MONTHLY) 7 100,00
SUNDRIES (MONTHLY 30,00
OTHER (Insp. Fee.) 300,00 ????
Also you have to give 2-months notice before you can move out, I will not be using them to rent or buy!!response / report this review
