  Most horrible service ever. So we got a great waiter, very helpful. But somehow another waiter claimed he was there ‘before’ him and had a stand off of sorts.. That’s ok, not my problem. But then we got the Hubbly and were told that we can’t get a coal refill unless we get a WHOLE NEW HUBBLY😒 aka sheesha.
  Point is our Personal wait was amazing but the inner office battle between the waiter was ridiculous and unwanted. We literally asked another waiter for the amazing guy waiting on us and they all thought that it would be okay to bring inner office issues to paying customers by saying that “that waiter does not exist to us”😱. So due to that disrespect to our amazing waiter from other employees at the establishment and the sheesha/bubbly problem we will never come back again.

  Well basically here money talks and it depends if you a regular thats what basically rates your service from the waiters and waitresses. Besides the service great place to just have great food and drinks with a great vibe. Hookah pip rental also available.

  The vibe and atmosphere is fantastic!! Beautiful people there to just have fun. But the service though, expect a 10-20min delay, book a table in advance coz it gets full quick.

  The service could be better. it looks like a high quality environment but then you have what looks like girls pimping themselves to the point of having their dresses sitting above their waists and drunk beyond safe levels and no one does anything. food is lovely though.. but they could do better with monitoring quality of staff and patrons.

  The waiters are extremely slow and you can expect 10-20mins to get your drink after you've ordered which is unacceptable and they are a very disrespectful. That said, the food is good and it's a great place to have fun late nights over the weekend. Guys please step up on your service

  Waiters and waitresses just stand around... don't attend to customers once they sit down... this is the second occasion... poor service is not gonna make you last long. Sort it out

  Guys the service at Cubana is very bad, I am not sure whether your waitresses have bad day where they just do not want to work. its the 3rd weekend where i had to constantly wait for a service for more than 20 minutes.

  Food is alright. Lovely cocktails. Service is iffy though. They have good days and bad days. Inconsistency is the killer over there.

  Having been to all the Cubana's in Cape Town and a big fan of the ribs and wings, thought I'd give this one a try. If you are thinking the same, don't. The ribs were tasteless and the chicken was dry. Quite disappointed I was.
