  terrible, there was construction going on next to our room, the power kept tripping, no dstv when we arrived, we couldnt jaccuzi due to male workers lurking at the construction units. we were finally compensated though and the staff was very friendly and understanding. but i wont go back

  Went there for a wedding. The food was good. The owerner was walking around all the time.e making sure that everything was sorted and that the people there was happy.

  Very disappointed with our room. Room is very small, cracks all around the walls, ceiling boards loose, no carpets on the floor as its getting cold by now. Bedding could also be improved. Our double bed is actually two single beds put together! Dressing table pathetic. Towels provided has faded badly, looks beige. Furthermore, when I emailed ,the receptionist did not let me know that the lodge was actually booked out for a wedding. This room just happened to be open, no wonder!! We are the only guests not attending the wedding. I feel very hard-done by. R1190 is not cheap. They could've just told me that there are no more rooms available. Buildings are dated.

  Super service, delicious food, very neat n clean environment, comfort,please add kids playing area. I also liked the staff very helpful and visibility of management. Thank you.

  Best massage I've had it was so peaceful and my body felt great afterwards. I would definitely recommend the Indian head massage. I would rate it a 5 however I think the ladies who massage should be more welcoming. There was one lady that was very friendly

  I am in between 3 and 4 stars, for the simple reason that the spa treatment as almost a 4, but I felt that it should be slightly better to deserve a full 4. That being said, it was not expensive and actually offered a great value for money offering. The lunch was nice and the staff friendly. I would recommend this spa.

  This place is amazing if what you need is privacy, quietness and relaxation. A reasonable penny to part with that you won't regret. We enjoyed our stay.

  Nice break away. Place needs some maintenance though. Our room had water mark damages on the roof. The spa treat was amazing though!

  me and my group had an amazing stay at Crystal Rose lodge. Rooms were clean and comfortable. staff and management were welcoming, friend and so understanding. we enjoyed every bit of our stay. They even went an extra mile of allowing us to use their kitchen while we were not even booked in self catering rooms. thumbs up Amanda and Elmarie

  My first impression when we arrived was,"wow." It was a very nice first impression. the staff and owner were very friendly.We felt rejuvenated and relaxed, ready for another week.It was an amazing experience,even had car troubles and they managed to help with that, thank you guys
