Truly amazing. The dirt road is worth driving. Sean is very caring towards all the toilet animals and the tour he gave us was very educational. My son had so much fun. All the staff were friendly. Really amazing.
Awesome experience. The staff is well experienced. Bonus you can practically handle the Python. Must to visit near Durban & Ballito.
Highly recommend the trip out there. The road is a little bumpy and feels like you are isolated but believe me the end result is worth it, " Rough roads leads to great destinations!!".The tour we received from our tour guide, Shaun, was perfect and our kids loved the interaction and personal touch by Shaun. Very educational for both kids and adults! Big thumbs up to Shaun who looks like the real local Crocodile Dundee!!
Went to play paintball with a group of friends,
Very unhelpful with the game. We basically control everything and there weapon are very bad. Works for only 2 min then need to go our and get it fixed. Not worth R150 for such bad service. Rather go to Durban for a good game which is a lot better.
After a fantastic tour, I was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED to realise that the owner is one of the most RACIST people I have ever met. I overheard him using words such a "moont" and referring to black people as monkeys.
I also overheard him talking to his staff as if they were pieces of trash. He called them stupid and said that he had to have a white person working with them at all times otherwise they mess everything up.
I was so upset after hearing the racist vitriol spewing from his mouth. Unfortunately I was there with a large group of school children who (thankfully) did not witness his racist rant so I remained calm about it. Had I been there in my own capacity, I would've made a scene and left immediately.
I will NEVER visit there in my personal capacity again and I will suggest to my organisation that they do not make this place a stop in future.
I am so disappointed to know that people like this still exist in South Africa. Needless to say, I left there with a sour taste in my mouth.
An amazing experience for people of all ages. Crocodile Creek boasts a wide range of reptiles of all different shapes and sizes, from beautiful Black Mambas and Burmese Pythons to enormous Alligators and Crocodiles. The tour is captivating and the staff if delightful. You are also provided the chance to handle certain animals like baby crocodiles and maybe a snake or two if your lucky, and all for a ridiculously affordable price. A destination worth visiting more than a few times.
Very educational. Road to get there is very bad so drive carefully. The owner is knowledgeable and, I think, part crocodile!
The guided tours are fantastic for young and old! Definitely recommend for kids! You also get the opportunity to hold a snake and some baby crocs!
It was the most interesting and educational experience. My kids loved it and I, as an adult, found the tour very informative.
Great people, too!
Great for kids. A bit too expensive. Staff is friendly and willing to share interesting facts and stories. Be sure to check out the 600Kg croc.
I took a drive up today with our British friends, on their first visit in SA the tour guide was incredible. He not only knew so much about the animals, but he also had tons of interesting stories of his amazing personal experiences. He had an amazing sense of humour and loved what he each day. It was a wonderful experience.
Great place for families. Enjoyed the talk on crocodiles and the opportunity to hold one! Impressive animal handlers get inside the enclosures to interact and feed the giant crocs.
Good place to see wild crocodiles. You can touch them.
Fascinating, Informative and entertaining. Well worth the rough road to get there.
What a great place. Very interesting. Will be back again
Informative and interesting talk by the tour guide Shawn. My Son got to hold a crocodile and he loved the experience. Shawn's interaction with the crocodiles was unbelievable!!! An incredible experience enjoyed by the whole family especially my 4 and 8 year old Boys. Looking forward to our next visit !
A fun visit and a chance to scale the elevated board walks to view into the croc pens. An educational talk at the beginning of the tour helps provide really good information on the crocodile, their mating habits, etc. Kids get to touch various things and experience them first hand. You can even hold a live croc!! I really enjoyed talking with our guide and learning more about the animals he cares for and truly cares about.
