Dreadful food, in my experience. Cheap food that is overpriced, and I do not rate their 'homemade wine,' either. Unfortunately the restaurant under its current ownership/management is trading on the good reputation the restaurant enjoyed in the past when it used to be an upmarket establishment.

My boyfriend and I were greeted by friendly staff with smiles! Finding your perfect table in a forest-like seating area is truly fun and romantic. We ordered an original: hake and calamari combo with veg of the day what a fresh and flavoursome meal at a reasonable price. Definitely a recommendable restaurant.

The kitchen is very slow, as they mentioned when walking in and on the menu So no quickies. The food was perfect in every way. The staff is friendly and price is a bit high for the portions. Overall good restaurant with wide range of selection, in a good location.

A quaint restaurant with a tented feel provides a great night out with delicious food. Our waiter was attentive and fast providing good recommendations. Overall a great experience and enjoyable date night.

Great food, great atmosphere. My wife and I enjoyed a lovely dinner here. To quote her "this was the best seafood that I have ever eaten". I fully agree with her. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Great work guys.

We ended our holiday with a very delicious seafood platter at Crayfish Inn. The service was quick and the waiter was very friendly. We had a sea view and the atmosphere was great. I can recommend this seafood restaurant to anyone.

No value for money. Hake was thin and dry. Rice was burnt. Calamari only a very small portion for the price. Prawns just cooked up with nothing to add flavour. A small piece of lemon and small portion of tartare sauce (tasted like mayonnaise only) to add flavour to flavourless food. Would rather recommend John Dory's or the restaurant at Marina beachfront. My wife and I are very disappointed and left the restaurant feeling that we could done a better job ourselves. Will not recommend anybody to go there.

Lots of plants inside really gives you that tropical atmosphere. Steaks and Sole were great, but the olives have no flavour and the local oysters weren't for me But I am fussy, so it's still a really great place.

Food wasn't good. Calamari tasted like en elastic band, the fish like cardboard. The portion was small, but the price most-certainly not.

Horrible horrible place. Space very limited. Managers didn't make any effort to arrange another table when I asked for it. The menus looks like something you would give a toddler to color in. After I decided to leave, no one bothered too ask why or even make any effort to ask why we were leaving. Photos are deceiving, don't fall for it.

The coffee was horrid. Peddler came into the restaurant and offered us some marshmallows on a stick. The table was sticky, they probably clean it with superglue every 10 minutes. The roof leaks all over the place. Roof fans are rusted. Food is very pricey for what you get. The sweets you get with the bill are soggy, can't swipe card for under 100 rand. Won't be returning anytime soon.
