There was no water, the place is old, run down and rusty. Cracked walls, peeling paint from the walls and ceilings.

The only good part was the very friendly staff and good breakfast.

There was no water when we got there when my family and I asked the other people who were there they said the water has been gone since they came which was like five days !!!that family was there since Christmas so it was terrible even when we left there was still no water.the thing is that before we even got there like two weeks before we asked do you have water problems they said no we asked again two days before they said no when we got there they said there has been no water for some days such a(lie)if you really wanted to bath you will have to wake up at 1:00 to 5:00am that is not even the worst do besides the water the bathrooms were rusty and dusty they gave us dirty towels the floor was very sticky some beds had pee stains (gross) some of the doors had dents and huge holes in them the beds were dirty. the good things: their breakfast was delicious we had to buy the rest of our meals for the day and night the pool was great the sea was beautiful besides the monkeys and red shongololos that were three we collected a lot of sea shells on the beach it was amazing

I am a Advocate from Pretoria. I stayed at Cracker Bay on numerous occasions when I regulary attended Court over a year a back in the Heibberdene area. This has been by far the best B and B that I have stayed in SA. And I have stayed in many.
The location is perfect. Serene. Peacefull. Advocate AR Singh-Pretoria

Well I must admit that my family and extended family that stayed over the past weekend are still raving about the venue, and I am proud cause I am currently overseas and was not able to be there with them , and glad that they have enjoyed the place that much.

This is the second time that my family has made use of " Cracker Bay" and it is a "Cracking Place" . from the reservations to the booking and payment for deposits. all the way the staff and Lawrence is a true gentleman, and I sure that this would not be the last time we utilise the venue.
