I wish I could give a 0 star rating.

The worst courier I have ever dealt with. Try contact them and you're ignored.

I eventually drove to their warehouse and got one of their warehouse staff to help me.

Eventually found my package that had been sitting on their shelves for almost 2 months.

No tracking number is sent to me but they come to my place of work without informing me. I called the company and the receptionist is rude with no help saying that they cannot track my order without a tracking number. How does one provide a tracking number when one was not given to me. Very Poor service. This company seriously needs customer service Training! I emailed this morning with No Joy. -0000 stars

Word to the wise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worset service ive ever had, my parcel was to belivered 06/09/17 but when i tracked it on the website they had problem with my address very funny that only courierit has this problem but it gets worse their staff then goes and add insult to injury but reply to my email that the parcel was delivered to me when in actual fact i personally went to pick it up before 9am 07/09/17 I highly recommend courier guy as i normally use them and they so on the ball your parcel comes earily most of the time

Advice to anyone in South Africa, DO NOT USE COURIER IT! Their systems are outdated, and you can never track any parcels sent, further more, their staff are probably the most dimwitted in Africa.. Rather use a Pigeon, or a message in a bottle

I was not delivered my package when advised. A lady contacted me today and advised that they require the address again before their driver left . Then she advises that they can only deliver next week Tuesday and the driver already left.The service is pathetic.

The most frustrating experience ever! Only rated one star because I cannot rate 0. Inaccurate information is all that I received as well as the line, "You will definitely get your parcel tomorrow, Sir."
