Products and service are very well. When I asked for a recycled item though, the service was poor and unhelpful 0/5 for recycling. But still a five star rating for service regarding the few items I have bought there before.

Staff is stupid. Once I gave my laptop model-they told me: you must bring your laptop or battery. And lady was talking too much about nothing.
