Colcacchios Gateway - Worst service from any Colcacchios I've been to. Food presentation was sloppy. There was a mess up with our order and the manager was rude and arrogant. Wont be going there ever again.

Great food, they recently had a revamp. It looks great. I tried the vegan pizza and I was absolutely blown away. My boyfriend had the Banting pizza, he thoroughly enjoyed it.

The service could have been a little better but in their defense, they were busy.

Was a great spot. After the revamp the quality of food has definitely decreased. Extremely pricey as well. Difficult to recommend due to decrease in standards.

Absolutely brilliant. I come out of the restaurant industry and I can in all honesty say that the food my fiancé and I enjoyed here tonight was of the highest quality. Best pizza I have had in years. And our waiter, Metz, absolutely amazing. New favourite restaurant!

We went there for lunch, and did not leave very pleased. The service was slow, and the food average. My wife ordered a Regina pizza and the mushrooms was still raw. It seemed like they placed the mushrooms on the pizza after it's cooked before they dish it for their customer. The place was also very empty during lunchtime.

Food poisoning - Dont visit!! I ordered the half and half option with the Autunno and Green Genie. Moments after eating the Green Genie I had an intense pain in my stomach. It was a gripping pain that left me feeling nauseous. I started feeling very hot and then got a head ache. I could not eat anything else and left immediately as the pain was too much. The next day I phoned the store to tell them about it. The manager advised that i was not the first to complain. She did not get back to me. Avoid this place like the plague.
