  Friendly atmosphere. Quiet. Rooms were clean
  I would recommend it especially if one is wanting to visit the Battlefields around Dundee. Tish is a wonderful hostess and provides a great breakfast before setting out on your journey.

  Great guest house. Excellent price, beautiful garden and clean rooms. You are also able to organise tours of the battlefields directly from there.
