This place is really good value for money. A wide variety of rooms and one gets this hippy vibe when walking through all the rooms and lush gardens. There are some great hiking trails too. Thanks Katy for the friendly service!

Katy was nice enough to offer me a place to stay under a veranda on short notice. I didn't see the inside of any of the huts but they look very eclectic from the outside and as I understand it each one is different.
The best part of this place is actually the common braai/ kitchen area. It makes it so easy to meet other people there and it was a nice atmosphere over mealtimes.

Leka vibe with staff , quiet, a little away from town so you dont hear cars the whole time. Clean, well set up ! Very affordable too.

The backpackers itself was good, dorms were OK and the kitchen was adequate. Outside social area is really cool. Only thing lacking was a bit of a vibe in terms of staff, music etc.

Nice place to stay, with direct access to the trails of Clarens. I just think the owner or some staff should stay in the place full time, sometimes it was difficult to find someone.

Beautiful facilities with a seriously groovy vibe. Super welcoming staff and a homely feel. I absolutely recommend staying here and can't wait to return myself! If I don't return for the stunning backpackers itself, I shall return for Bindi, the Staffy dog that stays there. What a pleasure.

Good value for money. Family room sleeps 6 in one spacious room with on suite bathroom with no shower. Fireplace helped for the cold and a nice play area kept the kids busy
