Any time is good to come and chill w the friends but I prefer Monday's: Sushi half price day. But U can come also for a coffee and it will be fine also.

Menu is far too big. Food was mediocre and expensive. What was most disappointing was the processed puréed fake guacamole served with the over priced Nachos (with hardly any filling). Quite bad seeing that there are beautiful avo’s available on every corner of Nelspruit

Good food. Wide selection of craft beer. And a good atmosphere. If you can, get the biltong cigars from the starters menu!

We tipicly visit cicadas on a weekly basis. Their food is above AMAZING! We love hanging out here with friends and family.
Their staff is friendly, helpful, caring and always available to give you the best advice on what to eat.
I would recommend that you try their bultong cigars and hulumi for starters. For mains, try their cicadas burger or salads. We've had nearly all of their meals on the menu and can't fault any!!! No jokes.
Their bubble gum cocktails are AMAZING!!! All their cocktails are good!!!response / report this review -

Great food, the deck is the place to sit when it's hot as they have a refreshing mist spray to keep you cool. The chicken stack and the nachos are just brilliant

A pleasent fusion of a busy but casual restaurant with a craft beer pub. The menu has an excellent variety of choice and the wide verandah offers good views over the Nelspruit valley. The food quality varies from moderate to good.

Have you ever ordered a salad & gotten a bowl of lettuce?
Well not at Cicada's. I ordered a Halloumi Salad and was pleasantly surprised to have a salad with plenty off each ingredient described on the menu with minimal lettuce. Value for money and I did get a 'lettuce' salad!response / report this review -
