  Good day,
  
  I would just like to express my utter disappointment with you as chubb security services. I have applied for the services and from the very start I had problems.
  I applied and my application was approved and I was told that I could have the system installed within two days. That never happened then I was told it could be done on today which is the June 28, 2016 I took special leave and canceled all my appointments with my clients and waited a hole day for the installation.
  Somebody only phoned me at 15:50pm to tell me that they could not do the installation today.
  All they could say is that they are sorry but could not even meet me half way to address the problem and solve it like a prominent well oiled business should do in taking pride in serving their customers.
  All they could say or suggest is to reschedule for Friday which meen I need to take another days leave to wait like a fool for no one to pitch up.
  It tells me alot about how you conduct business, and who is going to reimburse me for my lost time and money 💵 for this day and maybe Friday, then I still have to be obligated to adhere to regular payments for a contract for 3years with this type of services.
  I cannot stress it more that you have maybe lost a possible client through this immature behaviour and services.
  This manager of the installation department said that he will see what they can do to install it tonight (2016/06/28) and at 17:40pm I have yet not heard of him and this is a manager of a department in your business.
  Maybe it will not bother you what I have said or written on your site but no this that one customer lost through bad services is one to many. I am a businessmen as well and customer service is my top priority and I will go out of my way to meet their demands as they are responsible for paying our salaries as well.
  
  NB: The person who introduced me to Chubb security is one of your loyal armed response guy's. He saw that my house was broken in to and he immediately sprung into action and this was his day off from work. He did much more than what the agent and the installation manager did. He kept me regularly updated and even convinced me to rather take the services with chubb than with any other services. I'm so sorry that all of that hard work goes to waste now.
