Only 2 tills. Long ques. Cashier goes to shelves to get prices. Bad experience.

The customer service is pathetic. I went in to buy 2 items. Of all the tills, only 2 were operating and the ques was very long and moving very slow, I asked by the kiosk if I can pay there and was told that I couldn't.
The items and lines in the shop is also very bad categorized and not were they are supposed to. Will rather go to a busier PnP than ever supporting this place again -
