  Poor service, there is no security at all. Beggars walk upstairs freely and bother you while you eat. A drunk woman ran in and threw a cashier with a book once while i was waiting in queue and they just left her, no security at all. The worst part is the men's room, there is no toilet paper and the toilet seat is missing

  Conveniently placed in the cbd, was easy to find. Chicken and fries were good. Their mini sliders were amazing. Really enjoyed the flavor of the sauces in the variety box

  Chicken so delicious! They have tiny little chicken burger which are a little more then a mouthful, scrumptious. Service is not great though.

  My fried chicken was cold and I noticed it after I had a bite from the drumstick. Went back to the staff and she said ok we'll take care of it, called me back 5 minutes later with the box, it was the same drumstick from which I had a bite, REFRIED! We were shocked (they had zero understanding of restaurant hygiene and safety measures), but didn't say anything as it was obvious there was no point. Continued eating. Chicken was super salty and didn't taste good, potato chips were soggy. I wonder what other things were fried and refried in that oil.

  Food is great. Although the slaw wasn't what I expected. However there were a few dodgy characters using the rest room facility. I felt a but uncomfortable.

  Not the greatest eating experience. Location wise, its quite bad. Wouldn't take my kids there either. Maybe if you a lonely person, this would be your kind of place.

  Food prep is pretty fast. Meals are good and there's spacious seating upstairs if you'd like to sit down and have your meal there.

  The service I received was well above normal robotic service one gets at a fast food outlet. The cashier took time to upsell giving us better options for our family. In the end we got a good deal. To me it pointed to great product knowledge, and the lady didn't it with a smile throughout.

  Best chicken in Cape Town, quick service and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the staff is not very friendly.

  Oil should be changed much more regularly !! ( Oil is too old and smell very strong when u do pop in. )

  The service here is really quick. Takes about 10 minutes to get service. The staff a quite cheery and super friendly.
  
  The place is super clean and I would have preferred if there were more of these in town rather than them being few and far between in the Western Cape.

  Chips good. Chicken wings nice and big, crunch just not there though. Some good heat on them. At the price though, doesn't do enough to beat bigger competitor-neighbour, KFC.
