So your staff member clearly cashed for the person before me but told me that I cannot pay at her till because it's for returns and exchanges. So if that area is for exchanges please advise as to why there are products such as cigarettes, newspapers, coffee, chocolates, donuts being sold in that area? Or is it just returns and exchanges only when your staff decides it to be. Definitely will take my Every Day purchases away from this store and will advise family and friends as well.
