While calling a lady answered. On 28/09/2022 around 14:00. While speaking to me she was speaking to someone else and cut the call while I was on the line and before she answered my question. I tried to call again and the call was just hung up. This was very rude a unprofessional. Store owner I thought you should be made aware of how potential customers are treated telephonically.

My experience there was somewhat bitter sweet the sweet part was Karim was exceptional and the other two ladies not friendly instead the one with blonde hair was focused on her phone whilst I waited to get attention and two of them were worried about the gentleman that was buying Kitts for kids maybe his money is made of gold.These ladies need customer service training.

Very unfriendly boss. Didn't reply to greeting when greeted. Staff were more accomodating. Didn't make you feel welcome at all.
