Worst service ever received in a Cell C store. I went in to do a simple sim swap. Apparently Cell C does not accept foreign identification and it is against South African law to do so. Now I can't do a sim swap for a number I have had for several year. Manager and consultant are both incompetent.

Do not go to this store if you expect service. Went in for an upgrade, phone was out of stock. Consultant said he would phone me as soon as they have stock. Week and a half went by and no word, so I went there. First the consultant looked down at his phone twice before finally realizing I am not going away and he needs to do something. We inquiring about the upgrade I was interrupted to ask who helped me. I did not take down the name. This it seems was my mistake as the consultants does not have the ability to pull up my paperwork I have signed already. Then a 20min dance of disappearance by the consultant ensued popping out again to bring me something more to sign. I was not offered the sesrvice of moving my sim, nor my data to the new device. I was told the absolute minimum of my new 2YEAR CONTRACT and send on my way. POOR POOR POOR service. Please CellC, fire all staff at this store, they are ruining your reputation.

poor poor poor they dont repair your phone and when you get it back there is no boxs no charger no repairs done and they dont even know wher my other phone is that was handed in for repairs
