Angela Bruinette, one of our star members! She has enjoyed remarkable progress in her endeavours to implement a new, healthier lifestyle! Angela tells us in her own words: "I realised that I needed to turn my life around. This would include cutting off certain bad habits. These had caused me to gain 40kg. I needed to take charge of my life! Going to the gym and following the correct program (I'm also NOT prepared to swop my old drug -habit for a steroid -habit now), soon affected my eating habits as well - for the better! I've already lost 21kg, but I'm not finished yet! I'm looking so much better...and loving the new lifestyle!
