  Visited on the 14th February 2018. This was the restaurant of choice in the Hartbeespoort area for the past 12 years. I will not go back after the shocking service. I left at 20h30 without having eaten. I ordered hake and was given a plate of prawns. When I returned the food I was told to rather eat it as kitchen was busy and they won't be able to prepare another meal. My husband ordered steak and salad and received chips as they have run out of salad. Drink orders were also messed up. Manageress was not interested in our complaint. We paid and left. Caravella you will never see me again.....

  Very disappointed!! We eat here often but so shocked what we experienced today! Cocktails was made incorrect, cockroaches in the bread basket and incompetent waitresses! The manager didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, only offered us a free round of shooters, which we don't drink!!!
