This was the second time that we were disappointed with the food. My wife order salad that my toddler could make better. After complaining they confessed that it was a trainee that made the salad. If I pay R100 for a salad I expect quality. The second time we ordered Chicken and Avo Pasta, the pasta was uncooked penne. We told the waiter and the manager came, she told us that it is the way they cook it. I showed her that the fork doesn't even penetrate the penne. It was not al dente, it was uncooked. They will not see us again soon. There are way to many trainees there. New location, same bad food.

Wherever am sitting here I can only smell the different scents from a wider variety of foods. Great cooking at cappuccinos.

Travelled to Nelspruit for business and stopped here to have breakfast whilst catching up on mail etc, only to be told they are working on their Wi-Fi problem. Food was good though. Will unfortunately not be on my list to revisit for business travel due to no Wi-Fi

I used to be a regular customer of Cappuccinos until this happened: On my first anniversary with my wife, we went to Cappuccinos in Illanga mall in Nelspruit so that we could have a nice dinner. We ordered crumbed mushrooms as a starter. It was COMPLETELY raw. I asked for a 500ml glass, the waiter did not know what I meant by 500ml. Had to go and show the waiter myself what I was talking about. Finally, I ordered their seafood pizza. Never in my life have I seen such a disgrace delivered to me from a kitchen. The calamari was as tough as leather. The prawns and mussels was rock hard. Felt like I was chewing a bunch of mixed nuts that tastes like fire roasted salty pilchards. I did not hesitate to call the manager. He offered that I pay only 50% on the pizza but full price on everything else (even though the mushrooms was completely raw). Given that it was my anniversary, and I was not in the mood for arguing, I just payed and left. However, the next two days I was sick to my stomach and I could not go to work. So all in all, I recommend that people just rather go to pannerottis instead as they are just around the corner, or if you want something else, there is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from at Illanga. I strongly recommend against going to cuppaccinos. Raw/Overcooked foods + untrained waiters + food poisoning is not a way to retain loyal customers.
