Great service, friendly assistance. This is all one needs from bank personnel who go all out to enlighten you and assist you. I am very pleased every time I need to visit the branch.

Ive never met such an unpleasant person in all the capitec branches that Ive utilized. I even asked the guy what his name was, dont quite remember but I think he said he was Marius. Doesnt greet, smiling would have been asking for a lot & generally ill mannered. Before I could even finish explaining what I was there for; he was finishing off sentences for me. If ever I need assistance at that branch, Thank u in advance for the assistance from this gentleman. Utterly rude for the lack of a better vocabulary.

The best bank ever. No rip offs and amazing service. Nothing is ever a problem at any of their branches. This branch in particular have a vibrant excited team who always strive to make my banking experience awesome. Thank you guys, for a change I love going to the bank.
