Mommy was robbed at the ATM (scam), she's now frustrated and is told that she took time to report the incident, whereas she reported this immediately after it happened...she went inside the bank and reported it. the service was appalling, as she was taken from one station to another! after which she was told she took time to report this incident. should you wish to fix this, i'm happy to assist.
